What we do

100 Families is a community-led initiative to help struggling families move out of crisis, into stability, and onto careers. We do this by engaging community organizations, non-profits, government agencies, and public officials to work together to make population level changes, using existing community resources, and training case managers in the 100 Families Model.

Alliance Meeting

This month, we will focus on identifying and addressing the barriers that prevent individuals from entering the workforce. The meeting will explore various pathways to employment, including education, skills training, mentorship, and community partnerships. Participants will discuss strategies to connect job seekers with resources, employers, and opportunities to enhance workforce readiness.
